However, you can differentiate by "tweaking" the required amount of choices per teacher. For example, a veteran may choose 1 item rom the menu, whereas a new teacher may be required to selected 2-3. It's a word document, so you may alter the choices and required selections as you see fit for your school and teacher. BO
