Spanish Comparisons Song / Chant / Rap / Saying
An original rap / chant that I created to help my students remember the comparisons. Historically, students have a difficult time remembering the tanto com and tan +adj/adv + como construction, so I set out to create a rap that was catchy and it worked! I worked previously in the business world for 17 years! That experience gives me the ability to know what motivates students and helps them to become passionate about Spanish. I feel that when students feel that they are "good" at something and are respected and valued, that they will embrace whatever I throw their way. I design my materials and activities to do just that - empower the student and show them that they can do it! What they give back to me is amazing....it validates my reason for becoming a teacher.
