A great preparation tool for those that want practice, and certainly usable for screening applicants.
This template provides the student a good overview of some questions that thay may encounter at an interview. As an interviewer, these questions provide a structure for documenting all interviews consistently, and also to provide a springboard for introspective dialogue.
