This Powerpoint has 34 slides of information which is too much information per slide and can be expanded. Instead of using notes, all of the slides contain detailed information relating to resumes, applications, interviewing skills, and how-to's in the job market.

This document reviews a basic memorandum such as would be used in a business setting. The student has an opportunity to identify the incorrectly spelled words, misused words, and basic constructual errors of the memorandum. An answer sheet is part of the document with suggested remedies.

This is an activity that I have used to screen applicants for job interviews. It is also a good resource for evaluating skills such as spelling, punctuation, and word choice in the educational setting. This activity includes the color-coded answer keys and breakdown of skill sets. Note: thumbnails do not align correctly - the original document does.

This interview form has 11 questions, and some are multiple choice, and some are open-ended questions. All of them are thought-provoking, and the notes (included as the preview file) will discuss some of the aspects of the candidate interview. A great preparation tool for those that want practice, and certainly usable for screening applicants.

This template provides the student a good overview of some questions that thay may encounter at an interview. As an interviewer, these questions provide a structure for documenting all interviews consistently, and also to provide a springboard for introspective dialogue.
