This chart is updated from the chart found in the Word Journeys book. I wanted to be able to get my whole class on one sheet so I just retyped and reformatted the chart making room for 25 student names. I also added grade level developmental expectation ranges. I hope you find this useful.

This checklist is an organizational tool used to collect data and monitor progress on individual students when using word sorts found in Kathy Ganske's book Word Journeys.
