This is a template for students to fill in when they are learning new vocabulary words. There are squares for a drawing, a definition, a sentence that uses the word, and a synonym/antonym/example of the word.

This form is a guide for students to use when they need to earn points back on a test, so they can get a better score without retaking the test. It is a way for the students to get a better understanding of material that they did not understand at the time of the test. This form allows students to reteach themselves and teachers to confirm that the student has a better understanding, without reteaching the whole class or recreating specialized lessons for that specific student!
