My name is Dr. Taylor Delka and I am an educational leader with 14 years of experience in public education, serving in roles ranging from special education paraprofessional to PK–12 principal. I earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership, with a strong focus on staff development, instructional leadership, and building systems that support both student achievement and educator growth. Throughout this career, I have remained committed to fostering strong relationships, creating positive school cultures, and empowering students and staff through collaboration, accountability, and servant leadership. Professional experience includes instructional leadership, special education, curriculum development, MTSS implementation, and campus operations across all grade levels, with a continued passion for building meaningful educational experiences that help all learners succeed.
