You can post this as your homepage in whatever Learning Management System you use, such as Canvas or Google Classroom.
This is a simple format to hold students accountable during warm ups. This allows you to track if students are keeping track of assignment due dates and if they are participating in the warm ups. You can collect the warm ups at the end of a unit, stamp the warm ups each day or just provide it as a resource for students to have a place to write their work for the warm ups.
