Exercise Choice Boards are appropriate, mostly-independent activities for k-5th graders. These choice boards are great tools for students to complete at home during remote/at-home learning days. There are stretches, warm-ups, and activities. All come with pictures to help students understand what to do. Gym teachers can decide how they want students to complete the boards. This could even be beneficial for students who are homeschooled.

Here are weekly (broken down), monthly (2023-2024 school year), and yearly behavior chart documentation. I typically use my monthly behavior charts (keep them in the planners in their backpacks) and record them on the yearly page so I only have one page per student to keep up with (or front and back can be two students). Token economies are fun, engaging tools to assist your students in learning new skills. Every time a student appropriately and correctly completes a given task, they receive a token. Once the whole board is filled up, they receive a prize of their choice. This particular board has 3 and 5 spaces to fill up. I recommend laminating everything.
