This is an undated planner for use any year! For years beyond 2019, do not use page three as it is a year at a glance page for August 18 - July 19. Page one does not need to be printed at all, it is only a cover page for the file...unless you like the quote :) When printing, print on both sides from page 2 - 150. Put it all together with whatever binding makes you happy...personally I use the disc binding system.

This is a reading log that can be used in the classroom during independent reading. It should also be used in conjunction with a response journal or notebook.

This is a note to send home to parents when students get a "sad face" for the day. Parents are asked to talk to their child, and sign the note to return.

Teachers may use this log to document the dates they have met with the student during guided reading sessions. This log has areas for title and level read with student, strategies focused on, what to do next time, and comments.
