I found this idea on Pinterest but couldn't find the template for it anywhere. So, I made it myself. I did this with my 5th graders and they had a lot of fun. I have a really fun font on my copy, but it doesn't transfer over; so feel free to change to font to something more exciting. The students illustrate the book and on the last page you glue a picutre of the student pretending to eat a muffin (this was the best part, we had fun taking the pictures).
