Experience

Teaching style

I really value getting to know so many different kids. None is ever just like another and finding something that will engage each of them is a consistent goal!

My own education history

My 3rd grade teacher is a constant inspiration in my career. She connected with so many of her students - in her class, I felt brave, supported by my role model as well as the little community she built for us. Formally, I earned my BA in English and MA Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. I hold certifications in Elementary Education K-6, Gifted Education, and English for both middle and high school.
