About the store
Hi! I’m Julie Devine, and this is my 22nd year in education. I’ve spent my entire career in elementary education, with most of my time teaching and supporting students in the intermediate grades. I am currently in my fourth year as an Assistant Principal, where I work closely with teachers to analyze data, plan instruction, and ensure classroom practices align to state standards and assessments. Prior to administration, I served as an Instructional Coach for two years, supporting teachers through lesson planning, data-driven instruction, small-group interventions, and coaching cycles. Before stepping into leadership roles, I taught in the classroom for 16 years, giving me a deep understanding of what actually works with students—and what teachers realistically need to manage their time and workload. Every resource I create is: Teacher-tested Standards-aligned Assessment-focused Designed with real classrooms in mind My goal is to provide rigorous, clear, and easy-to-use resources that support both student growth and teacher success.

Teaching style

My teaching style is assessment-aligned, benchmark-driven, and rooted in data. I believe in meeting students where they are while consistently maintaining rigor and preparing them for the demands of grade-level standards.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I am honored to have been named Teacher of the Year and to have been nominated for Assistant Principal of the District two years in a row. My greatest shining moments come from watching students grow—academically and personally—and having them remember our time together years after they’ve left my classroom. Those connections and growth moments are what continue to drive my work in education.

My own education history

With a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership, my own learning journey continues alongside my students’. I love researching instructional practices and using that knowledge to create meaningful, effective classroom resources.

Additional biographical information

I’ve lived in Florida my entire life and enjoy spending time with my family. I’m married and have two daughters. Outside of school, I love going to the beach, reading, and traveling whenever I can.
