Devine Designs for Learning

Hi! I’m Julie Devine, and this is my 22nd year in education. I’ve spent my entire career in elementary education, with most of my time teaching and supporting students in the intermediate grades. I am currently in my fourth year as an Assistant Principal, where I work closely with teachers to analyze data, plan instruction, and ensure classroom practices align to state standards and assessments. Prior to administration, I served as an Instructional Coach for two years, supporting teachers through lesson planning, data-driven instruction, small-group interventions, and coaching cycles. Before stepping into leadership roles, I taught in the classroom for 16 years, giving me a deep understanding of what actually works with students—and what teachers realistically need to manage their time and workload. Every resource I create is: Teacher-tested Standards-aligned Assessment-focused Designed with real classrooms in mind My goal is to provide rigorous, clear, and easy-to-use resources that support both student growth and teacher success.
