In this activity, students will follow geometric directions to create a fun mathematical Geometry-Tree (GeomeTree)! A fun winter break activity and a little vocabulary review as well! Who says you have to choose better fun and learning!?! :-)
This is a set of two posters. One lists the pitfalls of AI that users should be aware of when using AI as a collaborative tool. The other lists the ways AI can be a beneficial tool if used appropriately.
This product allows students to request a picture with their work at times when they are feeling particularly proud of how they've done. < 3 The file contains two pages. One is a collection of small cameras and the other is the "stand". The small cameras should be cut out, laminated, and glued to mini clothes pins. The "stand" should be printed on heavy card-stock in order to support the weight of the small cameras and their clips.
We all struggle with getting students to follow a good pacing, read with expression, and the many other important elements of being a good reader. This poster size printable let's students know - in 5 easy to remember rules - exactly what good readers do! Print, laminate, and display. It can also be printed smaller to have students use as a bookmark.
This poster gives students a graphic depiction of how to break a word apart to figure out how to pronounce it. It goes well with my "5 Golden Rules of Reading" poster since it's the 5th rule!
These two pages provide an area were students can draw a self-portrait and write a quick introduction to who they are. These can be shared in class as a public-speaking opportunity and are cute enough to be the bulletin board feature for the beginning of school.
