A fun back to school or getting-to-know-you activity for your class to mix and get to know one another. Students move around the room and try and find one of their classmates for each box of the grid. There are two options in the PDF, the first is a half-A4 sized sheet to save on printing, or a full A4 page if you prefer more space. Please note the US spelling of favorite is on pages 1-2, and the Australian/UK spelling of favourite are pages 3-4.

A Halloween-themed code breaker activity using binary, including an explanation and binary table. Students either count (1) or don't count (0) one of the 5 numbers 16, 8, 4, 2 or 1 - and convert the binary number to a decimal/base 10 number, which flows from 1-28 in the included table. As an extension activity, have them encode a message to their friends!
