Teaching style

My teaching style is Constructivist/hands on learning. I teach a lesson beginning with a pre-assessment, the introduction, the lesson, the closure and the post assessment. I include rubrics and other various types of assessments with the lessons. The lessons are usually average 40 minutes with guided practice, independent practice and assessment factored in. I vary my lessons to give students a variety of learning opportunities and address the various learning styles. Pair share and group collaboration are incorporated into many of my lessons and activities..
