With a degree and teaching experience in Special Education and Elementary Education, I have had the wonderful experience of working with a variety of children. Through my experience, I have gained even more appreciation of the unique learning abilities of every child. With that appreciation comes the knowledge of how to reach those individual abilities and extreme belief that differentiating to an individual student's needs helps them not only succeed but also to have the ability to feel proud of what they are capable of.

Teaching style
One size does not fit all. Every student deserves to receive the education that fits their needs and abilities, while still challenging them at an appropriate level to make growth. No level of growth is too small, so as a teacher it is important to differentiate to help each child and bring out that growth they are capable of.
