Teaching style

I teach the way I wish learning always felt—clear, engaging, and actually doable. As a high school ELA inclusion teacher, I know firsthand how overwhelming reading and writing can feel for students. That’s why I create resources that break skills down into simple, structured steps while still keeping things meaningful and rigorous. In my classroom, you’ll find: Predictable routines that build confidence Scaffolded support without watering things down A mix of real-world texts, fun reads, and thoughtful prompts Activities that get students thinking, not just completing Everything I make is designed for real classrooms... the ones with mixed levels, IEPs, and students who need both support and challenge. My goal is to help students feel successful while actually growing their skills.
