This is a google form resource with a narrative that is escaping a cursed island. There are three sections. It is a 5-10 minute resource. Great as an exit slip or review at the start of class. Section 1: solve slope between two points (negative numbers involved- answer is positive) Section 2: Find slope from three graphs and type in as a three digit code Section 3: Answer riddle about undefined slope

This resource is a google form which has a narrative related to a popular video game and three problems to solve. They are all finding rate of change from tables. This assignment takes approx. 5-12 minutes. Students will not be able to progress to the next problem without correct answers. First problem: whole number answer, all positive values in table. Second problem: whole number answer after simplifying, one negative value in table. Third problem: decimal values in table, decimal answer.
