Teaching style
Every product has been inspired by my years of experience teaching in many classrooms, in many schools, and in many different communities. As an elementary school educator, I always strive to create and maintain a fun, welcoming, and inclusive classroom community that is filled with engaging, rigorous, and interactive learning opportunities every day. I incorporate creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking, with a focus on kindness, responsibility, and a growth mindset.
Strategies and Frameworks Experience:
Project Based Learning (PBL), Science of Reading, virtual/online/distance learning, inquiry-based, hands-on learning, technology application, digital literacy, 21st Century Skills (communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity), Common Core State Standards based curriculums, Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
