Welcome! I am currently a third grade teacher with more than a decade of experience teaching grades K-5. All products are original and include printables and digital products for Preschool, PreK, TK, and K-6 Elementary (Primary) classrooms. I have several years experience in special education and homeschool curricula. I specialize in engaging, screen-free activities, classroom decor, standards-based learning games and worksheets, creative writing prompts, handwriting pages, phonics and decoding activities, coloring pages throughout the year, and math activities that promote mathematical reasoning. Every product has been inspired by my years of experience teaching in many classrooms, in many schools, and in many different communities. As an elementary school educator, I always strive to create and maintain a fun, welcoming, and inclusive classroom community that is filled with engaging, rigorous, and interactive learning opportunities every day. I incorporate creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking, with a focus on kindness, responsibility, and a growth mindset. Strategies and Frameworks Experience: Project Based Learning (PBL), Science of Reading, virtual/online/distance learning, inquiry-based, hands-on learning, technology application, digital literacy, 21st Century Skills (communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity), Common Core State Standards based curriculums, Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Social-Emotional Learning/Classroom Management Experience: Growth Mindset, incorporation of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Bloom’s Taxonomy, Morning Meetings/Closing Circles, Restorative Practices, Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Positive Behavioral Intervention Support (PBIS), and Response to Intervention (RTI).
