About the store
Hi! I’m Ashley—an educator, curriculum creator, and child development specialist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for creating practical, classroom-ready resources. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, followed by a Master’s degree in Family and Human Development with an emphasis in Child Development and Parenting. I later completed my teaching certification, combining research-based knowledge with instructional best practices. While I began my family before stepping fully into a traditional classroom role, my background gives me a deep understanding of how children learn, develop, and thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. I design resources with developmental appropriateness, clarity, and real classroom needs in mind, whether they’re used by classroom teachers, substitutes, homeschool families, or support staff. I especially enjoy creating low-prep, structured, and engaging materials that support consistency, independence, and critical thinking. Every resource is thoughtfully designed to be teacher-friendly, student-centered, and easy to implement—even on busy days. Thank you for supporting my small shop and for all you do for your students!

Teaching style

My teaching style is structured, intentional, and developmentally informed. With a background in child development and family studies, I approach instruction through the lens of how children actually learn best—by building skills progressively, reducing cognitive overload, and providing clear expectations and routines. I believe students thrive when learning is predictable yet engaging. I design activities that are easy to follow, visually clear, and purposefully scaffolded so students can work independently while still being appropriately challenged. My resources emphasize critical thinking, problem-solving, and meaningful practice. I value low-prep, high-impact instruction that supports teachers during real classroom moments—especially on substitute days, during transitions, or when consistency matters most. My goal is to create materials that feel supportive to both teachers and students, helping classrooms run smoothly while keeping learning at the center.
