Experience
I am primarily a high school educator with minimal experience teaching middle school. I have a Career and Technology background, but did venture over to common core science some. I have been in education for 6.5 years.
Teaching style
My teaching style is very much authoritarian mixed with Laissez faire. I have set expectation that my students were aware of, but I allowed them to be young adults at the same time.
Awards & shining teacher moments
As the RTI-2B Coordinator, our school was named a Model of Demonstration school two years running. We also were spotlighted for school of the month.
My own education history
I have a Master's in Organizational Leadership which is where I base a lot of ideas for classroom management. I have my Bachelor's in Animal Science and Secondary Education. If you don't know what that means, it is fancy terms for I am an Agriculture Teacher.
