Parent-Teacher Report Card Conference Sheet
This Report Card conference sheet is used during parent/student/teacher meetings to keep track of what is discussed. I typically fill out the sheet prior to the meeting and use it as a guideline during the meeting to help keep me focused. Additional information provided during the meeting is added (use a different colour pen).
