About the store
Hi there! I’m a high school Special Education teacher with 22 years of experience supporting students in both resource rooms and co-taught classrooms. Over the years, I’ve taught everything from Support Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 2 to Senior Math Review, Language Arts, Economics, and Government. I’ve also spent many years co-teaching Geometry, collaborating closely with general education teachers to help all students succeed. My passion is helping students believe in themselves — not just in math, but in life. I focus heavily on building confidence, promoting mental health, and creating a classroom culture where every student feels safe, supported, and loved. Every resource I create is built with real students in mind — differentiated, practical, and designed to support struggling learners while promoting independence. I hope my work helps make your job easier and your students’ lives better. Thanks for stopping by — and thank you for all you do for your students!

Teaching style

My classroom is built on connection and laughter. I believe that if students feel safe, seen, and valued as people, learning follows naturally. I use humor, empathy, and encouragement to break down barriers and make challenging material more approachable — especially for students who often struggle. Whether it's math, life skills, or navigating high school itself, my goal is always the same: help students believe they can succeed and actually enjoy the journey along the way.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I’ve been honored to receive both the Make A Difference Award and be named Teacher of the Year, but my proudest moments happen far from the stage or spotlight. The real wins are when I see that lightbulb go off for a student who’s been struggling — and I get to watch their face light up with pride and confidence. That’s the kind of moment that reminds me why I teach, and it’s what drives every resource I create.
