These task cards are perfect for the beginning of the year to set procedures for how you want to use task cards in your classroom.
This is a great way to have students answer questions about themselves while still learning a procedure for how to work with task cards.
I have included 12 questions in three different styles: Floral, Black and White Bokeh, and pink print. However, the text is 100% editable!
Lastly, I have included a sample response sheet! Very easy to print and go!
I created a crosswalk between Common Core to Missouri Learning Standards for 6th grade math.
