Students will work in small groups or individually to play this Jeopardy game. Operations include: Simplifying, Multiplying, Adding, Subtracting, Distributing, FOILing, and Rationalizing. This game is provided as Smart Board Activity, but is also offered as a PowerPoint.
Students can practice rewriting equations into slope-intercept form by placing organizer inside of a clear page protector, and then write on it using a dry erase marker.
Students will us product, power, and quotient rules to simplify exponential expression. Once simplified, the student will color based upon the placement of the 4 in the solution.
Students start by rewriting the equation into slope-intercept form, and then choose the graph the matches the equation. Piece must be cut up prior to actual handing out. Lineup will create a loop of information.
