My goal was to become an English teacher, but that was deflated by the fact that I have narcolepsy.
I'm charging for my files because I'd like to be able to make and sell more things to help parents and teachers that have children with ADHD, and this way I will not have to do it just in spare time. Thank you!

ADHD Daily Elementary Student Behavior Self-Checklist
*UPDATE*: I've decided to put this in Word format so you can edit the categories to fit the issues you are dealing with.
This behavior checklist would best suit a child who has already been diagnosed with ADHD or has the same symptoms as ADHD. It isn't a screener to identify possible ADHD.
I have personally used it for my 8 year-old son for a few months now, and it has helped him to be more conscientious of his actions throughout the day.

When it's time to get your teenager into a ritual of carrying out their chores, sometimes a simple checklist can help organize their progress! I have saved you the time and frustration of creating your own chart. Just edit in your specific chores. The chores listed are the ones I have for my son going into the 9th grade. To change the color of the cells, simply select and drag over the cells you want to change and click on the paint bucket option that immediately comes up. Choose your own colors
