I have been an elementary school counselor for several years. Before becoming a school counselor, I served as a student success counselor in higher education. Also, I enjoy helping students become lifelong learners and strongly believe that success begins with adept emotional intelligence.

The 3 Pillars of Success will work well with PBIS and facilitate self-reflection among students. This lesson is a great tool for character building. Easy activities have been included to help strengthen growth mindsets and promote discussion.
This fun, interactive game solves the mystery of what school counselors do. It also helps the school counselor to entertainingly explain their duties and responsibilities. Children will enjoy the interaction and know that a trusted adult is available to help.
