About the store
After obtaining a doctorate in Microbiology, I decided to become a teacher because I loved kids. My store is based on having over 25 years’ experience teaching science at the elementary, middle, secondary, and college levels. I have taught pre-K science, college science, and nearly every grade level in-between! I strive to make resources that both teachers and students appreciate and that lead to real, meaningful learning. I have been a consultant for the Columbia University School, have presented multiple times at national and regional NSTA conferences, and have written highly rated science curriculums. I have also taught elementary, secondary, and graduate science methods classes in a college teacher education program. I am the author of the Dr. Dave’s Science Teaching Manuals, a series of instructional manuals for elementary, middle, and secondary science teachers. I currently teach online science classes and am constantly upgrading and creating new science education resources.
