Through PRIDE—Preparation, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Effort—we integrate writing, fine arts, and structured welcome programs to strengthen belonging and student ownership. My work provides practical, adaptable strategies that elevate climate, engagement, and PBIS outcomes.
