I am in my 17th year of teaching, and in May of 2019 I graduated with Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. I also have a Ph.D. in Literacy Studies. I plan on continuing to teach high school for a few more years before I move on to school leadership or the college level. I primarily teach the upper grades, 11th and 12th, with my specialties focusing on American and British Literature.
