I have been teaching STEAM/SEL through drone technology a the k-12 grade levels, both in person and virtually for nearly 5 years now. I live by the credo, "inside every child lives a legend" and I created what we today call the Drone Legends Universe, including Little Legends™, STEM Fundamentals, FPV Initiator drone racing, and the new Drone Legends-inspired STEM Novel, "The Rise of The Legends", to make learning dynamic, interesting, relevant, and super engaging!

The Rise of the Legends Unit Study
In this novel study, students will explore the novel The Rise of the Legends by Jake Zortman. The novel follows five friends on a futuristic adventure centered around using drone expertise and STEM knowledge to solve complex challenges. The book highlights themes of self discovery, innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving as the characters use their drones to tackle environmental crises, rescue missions, and historic discoveries. Experience

Teaching style
Learning through play. Problem-based and inquiry-based teaching styles. Letting children "own" their educational experiences through iteration, and curiosity.
