Waiting room for students to take a number instead of students piling up in teacher space. This way students can attempt to continue to work versus having a line of students off task, not working as they wait for help.
These are riddle cards where students can match the answer to the riddle. To make it more engaging and rigours, I included a answer sheet where they will write the answer, find the answer in their text and then draw their own picture!
