Today I have a quick download for you if you are using a 1-2-3-4 grade scale. In my district this is a new initiative, it's even on our report cards!
This is a great scale for formative and summative assessment! Use it for your interactive notebooks or as mini-posters for the kids lockers.

Teaching style
I believe that if kids do not learn by the way I teach, I should teach the way they learn!
I also believe that kids learn best when they know their teacher is fair and cares.
My own education history
I have a B.Sc from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with an Honours Thesis in Environmental Science.
I also have a B. Ed from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada in Secondary (6-12) Studies with concentration in French as a Second Language, Math, Science and Geography.
