I use this document for my reflection chair in my classroom. Students are given several options to complete as part of my behavior management system. One of those is to write me or someone else a letter.

This form may be used as part of my self-discipline behavior management system. Students are able to choose from a variety of note catchers to jot down their feelings and then we are able to reflect together.

This is perhaps my most all encompassing reflection page that I use with my behavioral management system. In my classroom, students go to a thinking chair and get to choose from several reflection pages. We then discuss what occurred and I use the reflection they completed as a resource in my dialogue and with any further discipline that is needed.

I use this item at the thinking chair reflection station in my classroom. As part of my behavior management system, I like to give students options to choose how to reflect. After they have been given time, I meet with them and discuss the situation further. This is part of my discipline management system.

I use this page in addition to several other reflection pages at a thinking desk in my classroom. Students are given options to reflect on the behavior and choices. Then, I can go and talk over what they have written. This document should be used to compliment your behavior management system.

Our school focuses a lot on character. We have five main traits that we focus on: Empathy, Perseverance, Integrity, Curiosity, and Quality. This form is used at my reflection station, which is part of my self-discipling behavior management plan. Since it is very school specific, I will keep it as a free document for you. ENJOY!
