This has been a major life saver for all elementary grades I have taught! I use it with my clip chart, but fellow teachers use it just to record specific behavior. Great time saver!
This transportation table was a life-saver during the first few weeks of school, and I even use throughout the year too. Especially for those students who are always seeming to change the way they go home, this is a great way to keep documentation of it. Included in this file is a front cover for a class book and the writing sheets to be copied one per student. Makes a great classroom book with good character!

Currently, I still hold my teaching certificate, but now only work in the school system as a substitute at public, charter, and private schools. This is a set of 9 pages, focusing on Lesson 13 for First grade Harcourt Storytown. Included are 3 spelling practice pages, 3 vocabulary practice pages, 1 HFW practice page, and 2 response to reading pages. These can be used as independent center work, sent home for extra practice, and/or assessing skills for lesson 13.
I added the students' names to these and used them for their weekly "Disco Duties". You can use them for all sorts of things! I printed them on brightly colored cardstock, laminated, and cut them out. You can add magnets to the back, or velcro would work great too!
