Dyben Into Math

This activity guides students through an investigation of function transformations in order to construct knowledge about translations, vertical stretch/compresses, and reflections. It also has one practice problem that puts their knowledge to the test. Students must have prior knowledge of quadratic, cubic, square root, and absolute value parent functions. They will also need access to graphiing calculators or graphing software such as Desmos, Geogebra, etc. This activity will take approxima
