My husband and I are both educators and we have compiled all of our best teaching materials for you here! I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade language arts. While my husband has taught both 2nd and 3rd grades!

Awards & shining teacher moments

I was selected Teacher of the Year for my building the first year I taught. It really was unexpected and an honor! This past year, my 8th graders selected me as Teacher of the Quarter for our middle school! Awards are never my intention, but it really is nice to be recognized for your hard work, especially by your students! I am very proud to say that my husband has done very well on the Ohio Achievement Assessments. He was able to achieve a 100% passage rate on both the reading and math assessments for three years in row!

My own education history

My husband and I both attended Bowling Green State University for undergrad, but we didn't meet until we began our Masters degree program in Reading!
