These second grade practice passages are similar to the Acadience reading tests but can be used on a whole class level to review how to practice taking the test. I have used these very successfully in helping students to know how to take the test as well as in small group and whole group reading lessons on fluency. There are 18 passages in total to practice one each week in a weekly fluency lesson. They can also be used to have students record themselves reading and then self-checking their flue
