Sensory breaks/activities can be a necessary part of a student's day. Often times the need for sensory activities are over looked or the outcome of a sensory activity isn't analzyed. I've created a data collection sheet that will allow staff members to record the time spent out of the classroom for a sensory break, which sensory activity was utilized, and the outcome of the sensory activity.
