Early Elementary Essentials

This Behavior Frequency Data Recording Sheet allows a recorder to track specific off-task behaviors for a single student. The data sheet includes 11 different specific behaviors such as out of seat, calling out during instruction, etc. and a place to tally each behavior. This data provides specific and detailed documentation and support that can be used for parent conferences, RTI/intervention support or any other situation where specific behaviors need to be tracked and documented.

This mini-unit is based on the book 'How People Learned to Fly' by Fran Hodgkins. It includes 3 graphic organizers including a vocabulary chart, venn diagram and a sequencing chart. A common-core based assessment is also included.
