This Self-Regulation book (and poster) contains concrete ideas with descriptions for helping children regulate their bodies during times of upset. This book is targeted toward children Preschool-2nd Grade. I recommend reading this with children during small group time, so they can practice using these strategies and materials when they are calm. Hope you enjoy!

My own education history

I received a Master of Education in Early Childhood Intervention Specialist from Kent State University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology-Linguistics from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2012. I have graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Curriculum Development, and Child Development.
