Easy Elementary ABA

I have been blessed to have worked in the field of Special Education and ABA since 2008! My students have changed my life in the best ways possible and I'm so excited to share my knowledge and resources with likeminded professionals!

"Behavior goes where REINFORCEMENT flows" Positive reinforcement is key when using the methods of ABA, however it is even more important that you are using it appropriately. All of my resources are based off the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis but can be used in classrooms of all ages for teaching new skills and ideas.

Nearly 15 years of experience working with BCBA's, Behavior Specialists and other professionals. I have worked in a variety of placements from in home therapy to centers to school districts. I'm currently serving as a Behavior Specialist in a local school district where I support several students throughout their school days both academically and behaviorally.

Welcome to my store! My name is Nikole and I have a passion for Special Education and ABA! Aside from my job you can find me with my husband and three small children, exploring the lakes of Ohio on our boat or on a sideline at one of our many youth sports games.
