I have taught in colleges, universities, and high schools for over 25 years. My disciplines span business, accounting, mathematics, and even music. Currently, I have published one book and eight journal articles. My wife and I also teach our middle school and grade school children. This is a bundle of the three best word searches for basic geometric shapes. The terms include circles, triangles, and quadrilaterals. The can be used to reinforce student learning of the terms and their spellings. Minimal work by the teacher is required.
1st - 6th

This product helps students practice subtraction of two-digit numbers, including borrowing. Once the answers are found, the student can find a corresponding letter to determine the famous quote by Harriet Tubman. This resource can be used to begin a history discussion about the Civil War and slavery through the inspiring quote by Harriet Tubman.

Easy Addition with Marie Curie

An additional benefit is portraying a famous female scientist and her quote to inspire girls to pursue STEM.

Teaching style
My style depends upon the mode in which the student is taking the subject, the maturity of the student, and the learning style of the student. When designing curriculum, I aim to write so everyone around the grade level can understand the topic. I like to use illustrations and examples to show how a topic is applicable in real life. I also like to get the student to demonstrate the knowledge in a real-life situation. If a student cannot apply the topic to a real-life situation, the knowledge is worthless.
