Experience

With over 18 years in education, I have served in a variety of roles including general education self-contained teacher, dyslexia interventionist, ELAR and math resource teacher, campus compliance coordinator, testing coordinator, and ARD facilitator. Across each of these roles, one constant has remained: a deep commitment to advocating for student needs in all learning environments. I believe that when we provide the right supports, students gain meaningful access to curriculum and opportunity. I create user-friendly, high-impact resources designed to support educators and homeschool families in delivering targeted, effective intervention. My goal is to make data-driven instruction both practical and achievable, so that every learner has the opportunity to succeed.

Teaching style

My teaching style centers on truly understanding how a student learns before deciding what to teach next. I believe in targeted, intentional instruction—not doing more, but doing what matters most. I use a structured, step-by-step approach to help students build skills with clarity and confidence, always prioritizing accuracy and meaningful understanding before focusing on speed or independence. I pay close attention to patterns in student responses, using that information to guide every instructional decision. Above all, I aim to make intervention feel practical and manageable. I design tools and systems that help educators and families feel confident in supporting learning—because when instruction is clear and purposeful, student success becomes much more attainable.

Awards & shining teacher moments

hroughout my career, I have consistently been recognized as a highly accomplished educator through formal evaluations and performance ratings. I have been selected to participate in campus and district-level cohort initiatives, reflecting my commitment to instructional excellence and leadership. I am passionate about serving as a leader and advocate for students, working to ensure that all learners have equitable access to the curriculum through intentional, well-designed instruction.
