On average this took about 20-30 minutes depending on how much effort the students put in.

Neuron Comic Strip

This is a higher-leveling thinking assignment used in a high school elective psychology class! Students should have learned about the parts of the neuron and how neurons communicate BEFORE doing this. This allows students to be creative in representing the different parts of the neuron and how a message travels between neurons. Took about 30-45 minutes

My own education history

I am a 3rd-year high school teacher in Ohio-- I have taught core subjects such as World History and Government. However, when I started to teach social studies electives, I was struggling to find some options, so I made my own resources. I want to help other teachers so they can easily find items for their elective classes also! :)
