This product can be used when a student has made an unsafe/negative behavior choice. This is to be completed with an adult in order for the student to be led through problem solving conversations. I have included both a color and B & W version.

This product can be used for daily self assessment with your kiddos that benefit from explicit expectations for behavior. This allows for students to see progress in their choices over time, as well as develop critical thinking skills when assessing how they can improve their behavior in the future.
