I have taught for almost six years. I have taught students who are in the Exceptional Children's program ranging from students who have Developmental Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Behavior difficulties, and students who have low IQs.
Being an Exceptional Children's Teacher, I send home IEP progress reports every nine weeks. I write student's names and attach label to a folded piece of paper and put in teacher's boxes. Please feel free to use and adapt as you wish.

Experience
I have taught for almost six years. I have taught students who are in the Exceptional Children's program ranging from students who have Developmental Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Behavior difficulties, and students who have low IQs.
Teaching style
I have an open form of communication in my classroom. I feel like when my students trust me, they can open up to me and in turn will want to be motivated and willing to try new things to be successful. Being in an EC classroom, I am constantly searching the internet for new innovative ways to teach to all learning styles and learning modalities. I want to teach to their needs but also incorporate neccessary curriculum required for North Carolina.
